What behaviors does this person (Oprah Winfrey) exhibit that make her effective?

Oprah is an icon. She keeps re-inventing herself. Now, she has "Life Classes" and "Return to Love Town". As if she needs the money, it is estimated that this small town country girl from Mississippi has a net worth of more than 2 billion dollars. Oprah is passion about her work and she gives 100% of herself to her public. She is able to express herself  using verbal and facial expressions as noticed in the videos. Oprah can be emotional and appeal to a large audience base, for men to women to poor and rich.

Would you want to model some of your own communication behaviors after this person?
Why or Why Not?

Yes, I would want to model some of my own communication behaviors after Oprah. It would be a lifetime goal and dream to communicate as effectively as Oprah. I do not want to be like Oprah, just be able to get my point across in my professional and personal life. I am a very slow learner so I hope with practice and learning about effective communication in this course; I will be a successful communicator.
Video #2: Oprah is interviewed by Newswoman, Barbara Waters. This video goes through Oprah's childhood and her raise to fame.
